The V&A South Kensington is a truly elegant venue for events. There are so many options for hosting a variety of styles of event within the museum. There is even a secret courtyard, the John Madejski Garden, complete with a large fountain, perfect for summer soirees and even outdoor wedding ceremonies. In the past we have created beautiful standing receptions in the Dome as well as elegant dinners here. The central reception bar becomes a perfect bar for evening events, serving cocktails and champagne late into the night. This space is also brilliant for dancing and large bands work well against the incredible backdrop of the Medieval Renaissance Gallery, filled with impressive and iconic sculptures. Raphael Court is an iconic space, instantly recognisable as theV&A. The deep blue walls of this space feel grand and dramatic and it never fails to impress.

We have hosted everything here from beautiful dinners and weddings on long tables to receptions and even a panel discussion for a creative brand. The courtyard garden is such a hidden gem and is really perfect for summer evenings. The trickling water of the fountain and the warmth of the terracotta stone make you feel miles from Central London. The venue has a wedding license for a number of the spaces including the garden for alfresco ceremonies. The museum can also apply for alate license allowing your event to continue until the early hours, making it perfect for a party. We have extensive experience producing events within the museum and can manage the one hour set up seamlessly. We work with the accredited suppliers to deliver impressive and unexpected events, wedding, receptions and brand launches.

BanquetingHouse is an incredible space for events, a palace in the centre of London. Sat on Whitehall, just moments from Trafalgar Square, the location could not be better. An unassuming entrance gives way to one of the grandest venues inLondon. Dinners for this number of guests can be hard to find, especially in such a central location. The venue is made up of two spaces, the Undercroft for pre-dinner drinks receptions and after dinner dancing, and the Main Hall for dinners or larger receptions. With its intimate archways and snug corners, theUndercroft is as inviting as the Main Hall is grand. Originally designed as a drinking den for James I and his favourite courtiers to escape the rigours of public life, this space is brilliant for champagne receptions ahead of dinner and then later for full parties and dancing. The Main Hall is one of the most breathtaking venues within Central London.

Dating back to 1622 as a place of feasting and hosting elegant affairs, this exuberantBaroque hall is truly a spectacular space for events. With its soaring neo-classical columns and magnificent painted Rubens ceiling, the Main Hall is a very grand setting. The ceiling is the true selling point of this space –painted by Sir Peter Paul Rubens, it’s impossible not to stand and stare as you enter the room. A really incredible canvas to dine underneath. BanquetingHouse’s Main Hall works well for larger dinners as well as receptions. We have also hosted an interactive launch at this space featuring a panel discussion, workshops , creative drinks reception and more. Read all about it here. The venue is licenced for civil ceremonies in both the Main hall and the Undercroft and is due to re-open this Autumn, in October 2025 followed an extensive furbishment.
