Our inspiration for the styling of this corporate private viewing event came from Christian Dior’s love for gardens. Our client was one of the first corporate members to host their clients around this exhibition, so it was paramount that the occasion had an elegant and impressive feel.
We wrapped the information desk in gold mirror cladding and created a show stopping mountain of luscious flowers rising from the floor to above the guests’ heads.
To view the exhibition guests had to walk through the museum’s shop which we screened off creating a grass walkway complete with birds singing, a meadow of flowers and a harpist playing.
We presented canapés in jewellery boxes and cocktails with floating flowers. The 18ft Parisian themed pudding stall was dressed with three mannequins in bespoke dresses to match Dior’s designs – guests thought this was part of the exhibition.
Overall, one of the most impressive floral set ups the Dome has seen to date, creating a true impression as guests entered and mingled within the space.
