Generally speaking, you’ve seen it all as an event planner. There’s very little that will freak you out. Because we’ve dealt with most situations, we’re able to respond calmly and plan with a cool head knowing that we’re unlikely to encounter a situation we can’t resolve. We take the time to properly understand your options, narrow down the ideas and present you with a manageable amount to consider. We find we tend to present 10-15 venues to a client – sometimes fewer. We’ll keep going until we find the perfect solution but rest assured that our experience means that we have the best black book and we just know what works.
WE RUN THE SHOW
On the day, you can be a guest at the event. That’s the biggest compliment we can get really. We want all our clients to simply arrive, sign off and then relax. We work away behind the scenes to ensure that everything is seamless and runs perfectly. So many of our clients say this is one of their favourite aspects of having a planner.
