Her knowledge of London venues gives her the edge when it comes to finding the perfect setting for your event. With a background in hospitality, Sophie has a natural ability to put any client at ease, loves nothing more than happy guests and will go to the end of the earth for her clients. Sophie leaves our clients and suppliers smiling, with her efficient nature, passion for the industry and attention to detail.

Rachel shares our passion for working in unique venues and brings an incredible 14 years of experience to the team delivering corporate events, private parties and weddings. Rachel was Senior Events Manager at the V&A and then Head of Events at the Design Museum. She studied design at university and this, combined with her natural attention to detail, shines through in every proposal and event that she creates. Rachel loves the process of collaborating with clients, from the initial concept meeting to the moment when all of the work comes together for guests to enjoy.
Cited as a true professional, Natalia has grown her business by word of mouth and adores planning events that run like clockwork with a service that goes above and beyond. Ensuring guests receive the highest level of care and attention runs in her blood - Natalia’s love of hospitality extends back to growing up at Golborne Manor, where serving hotel guests breakfast before school was the norm. With 16 years events experience, Natalia has produced a wide variety of corporate events for big brands as well as luxury parties and weddings for high profile clients.
The Golborne service is personal and friendly. We start by taking your brief, either face to face or over the phone. This allows us to understand your event and what you are trying to achieve. We tend to start with finding the perfect venue which is where our excellent venue knowledge comes into play. Alternatively, if you have already sourced a venue or you are hosting the event in your office or home, we will meet you at the space to assess the site for all your operational requirements.
Quite often our clients will look to us for theme suggestions or how to enhance the event. We will put together ideas, mood boards and inspiration to start the creative process. We are very aware of budgets and how important it is to stick to these. We love to negotiate and ensure that you are staying within your original spend. At Golborne we are experts at advising where best to spend money and also where you don’t need to in order to keep within budgets whilst still achieving maximum impact.
On the day of the event, our team will be there throughout to ensure that everything runs smoothly and allowing you to be a guest at your own party. Quite simply, our process takes the stress away from you so that you can enjoy the planning from start to finish.
